We use an airfreight service and transit time will be a maximum of 10 working days,
depending on the destination. A signature will be required on receipt.
When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional
import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

At this time we do not accept refunds. We however will accept exchanges if the shoes are the wrong size or are delivered damaged. We will accept exchanges within a 48 hour period provided the shoes have been unused and in their original condition. So we suggest the shoes are tried on a soft, gentle surface first (i.e carpet
and indoors) to avoid scuffing the soles or damaging the shoes. Returns that are damaged or dirtied will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with a rejected exchange. All packaging such as the dust bags and carrier bags should be included with your return.
To return an item for an exchange please clearly state this in an email to email@example.com. Please note that for exchanges, items can only be replaced in a different size subject to availability.
